Store Policy

Unused reusable items can be exchanged or returned a full refund within 15 days of your purchase with a receipt.  For health, hygienic and safety reasons, bulk products, and health and beauty products are not eligible for returns. 

We stand by our products and we want out customers to be completely satisfied with them. We offer full refunds if our clients are not satisfied with a specific product. We encourage customers to ask for samples if they're not sure the product will work for them.
